Ok so I have been a little vacant for a while and have completely neglected my little blog!! I have found the last few months so overwhelming! I am a massive creature of habit and thrive within a good old routine. Visiting Shanghai, completing my Literature Review and Christmas has thrown me way overboard. As it is now 2013 what better time to re-organise my shiz!
As 2012 drew to a close I couldn't help but feel a twang of sadness saying goodbye. I can honestly say it has been the best year yet! I seem to have swapped hangover days in bed for spending quality time with the family, gained lots more confidence whilst working at Flannels and have made a good start to my final year at University!
Spending more time with my family has had the biggest positive impact on last year, especially with the birth of my amazing nephew Eren! He was born July 29th at 6:32am, weighing 8lbs and 8oz. Being the little whirlwind that he is, he has brought my family back together after more than a few tough years. We all now have something to be positive about and look forward to watching him grow. There is only three months between me and Lauren; Eren's Mum, so we have always been close. However college, university and living in different cities for a while took its toll as we went our separate ways. Now though we are thick as thieves, just like we were as kids!
I spent Christmas morning 2012 with Eren, Lauren and my Mum and it was fab! Below are a few of my favourite piccys, first is Lauren and Eren and the rest are just Erens cute little face!!!!! I promise to update you in my next post about how I spent my New Years Day....as it was pretty unforgettable and includes another beautiful baby boy!!!
